Alon Ironi, CEO (Co-Founder)

Alon Ironi is an experienced hi-tech entrepreneur and leader.

Prior to leading Theranica, as the CEO and co-founder of Siano Mobile Silicon, he led the company from birth to obtaining the leading position of the worldwide market for mobile digital TV receiver chips.

Prior to Siano Alon was the CEO of Emblaze Semiconductor, where he led the company to develop and market a first-of-its-kind mobile video encoder chip.

Previously, Alon was the VP R&D of Zoran corporation, where he initiated and architected the camera-on-a-chip (COACH) concept and product line.

Alon holds a BSEE (Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MSEE from Santa Clara University (CA, USA).

Ronen Jashek, VP Marketing & Business Development (Co-Founder)

Ronen is an international marketing, sales and business development executive in the hi-tech industry.

Prior to co-founding Theranica Ronen managed the entire business operations of Siano Mobile Silicon. As the company’s co-founder and VP Marketing, Sales and Customer Support he led the company from its fresh start to become the world’s #1 provider of mobile DTV solutions.

Before joining Siano as a director of software Ronen had served as software manager and team leader in various companies, among them DECT product line at DSPG, and ModemArt (acquired by Agere) and Sensotech.

He brings a unique combination of recognized technological and business qualifications, with vast experience and deep understanding of international markets (including China) and proven track record for establishing market leadership.

Ronen holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar Ilan University (Israel).

Rostislav (Slava) Barabash, VP Research & Development (Co-Founder)

Before Theranica Slava served as VP R&D of Siano Mobile Silicon, responsible for support and development of mobile broadcast DTV solutions for automotive and mobile device markets.

Formerly, as Vice President, head of Camera Imaging at CSR, Slava was responsible for P&L and orchestrating management of Imaging products. He was a key contributor to CSR efforts of camera assets sale resulted in CSR-QCOM Imaging M&A deal.

Prior to his position at CSR, Slava has served as VP of Zoran’s Business Operations and Business Development. He had major contribution for accomplishing Zoran’s camera technological leadership, #1 market share and selling quarter billion of camera SoC to world’s top camera makers.

Over 20 years of his career Slava has held number of executive and managerial positions for top global CE semiconductor leaders. He brings diverse expertise in executive leadership, strategic turnarounds, M&A, and resolution of core underlying technological and business issues to boost effectiveness and growth.

Slava holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Dagan Harris, Ph.D. - VP Clinical and Regulatory

Dagan previously served in various clinical and regulatory positions in Medasense Biometrics, Orsan medical, NanoVibronix, Ultrashape and Mindguard. During these years , Dagan managed clinical trials in Israel, Europe Canada and USA, and gain vast experience in management of clinical trials. In addition, Dagan relieved various approvals and clearance for medical devices in Europe, USA, Canada and Israel.
Dagan holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and an MBA specializing in Health Administration from the Tel-Aviv University.
