Digital Growth Manager

The Digital Growth Manager focuses on end-to-end execution and serves as a key driver of omnichannel digital efforts to scale Nerivio’s reach.

Position Description

The Digital Growth Manager is a key role focused on planning and executing scalable, data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive the engagement and adoption of the Nerivio REN wearable among healthcare providers (HCPs).

Main Responsibilities:

Strategy and Execution

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize scalable digital engagement programs and campaigns. Use a combination of organic and paid media to effectively reach HCPs and other key audiences, collaborating closely with PPC managers and performance agencies. 
  • Content Development: Collaborate with medical teams, marketing teams, copywriters, designers, and partners to create compliant, tailored content that addresses segment-specific barriers and communicates Nerivio's value effectively. Ensure assets are optimized for omnichannel distribution and aligned with promotional education and the company's overall business goals. 
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Build, manage, and refine scalable, trigger-based marketing automations, and lead nurturing, ensuring integration with sales pipelines to identify and progress MQLs/SQLs. 

Data-Driven Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and campaign performance to refine strategies and achieve scale. 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for HCP digital marketing campaigns and regularly evaluate performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Regular reporting and presentation of detailed digital analytics, campaign outcomes, and funnel performance, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.  

Collaboration

  • Build solid relationships and collaborate with HCP marketing, medical affairs, sales, and consumer teams to align digital tactics with field strategies for a cohesive and impactful customer experience. 
  • Push cross-functional teams toward shared goals, driving alignment and ensuring timely execution of digital plans.  

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Must Have
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health sciences, or related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Native American English or an equivalent level is required. 
    • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing (paid and organic) or growth marketing, strongly emphasizing execution and scaling efforts in B2B or complex environments. Experience working in data-heavy organizations. 
    • Expertise: Proven track record and success stories of executing integrated digital campaigns that drive business growth. 
    • Execution Focus: Demonstrated capability to run projects end-to-end, meet deadlines, and deliver results while collaborating across teams and managing up. 
    • Skills: Strong business understanding, critical thinking, creative mind, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  2. Nice to Have
    • Background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries. 
    • Advanced understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem
