Position Description

Theranica USA is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize our core operational functions. As a critical member of our USA leadership team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and scale our product logistics and distribution, inventory management, quality control and assurance, sales operations, medical benefit billing and customer support functions. Your impact will directly support our growth, strengthen customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across the organization. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance, you will refine processes, improve outreach, and align operational strategies with our ambitious goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations Leadership
    • Drive daily operational excellence, optimizing workflows, quality standards, and cross-department integration to scale with the company’s growth.
    • Partner closely with finance, sales, and marketing to align operational initiatives with revenue goals, customer outreach, and strategic priorities.
  • Sales and Outreach Support
    • Lead the enhancement of CRM and sales processes in Salesforce, ensuring data integration that improves lead tracking, sales reporting, and conversions.
    • Develop and implement SOPs for sales support, equipping teams with effective tools and resources for impactful customer engagement.
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management
    • Oversee end-to-end supply chain management, including vendor relationships, procurement, logistics, and compliance.
    • Implement inventory controls to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and support smooth operations, even during demand fluctuations.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
    • Lead quality assurance initiatives, including audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs to maintain high standards.
  • Customer Support
    • Manage and enhance customer support functions, establishing SLAs and performance metrics that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the sales and care teams to elevate the patient journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to follow-up.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
    • Leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks, drive operational improvements, and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) with a strong background in managing medical benefit billing and operational initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), ERP, inventory management, and medical benefit billing software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of DME/Pharma regulations, Medicare/Medicaid billing, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills, with experience using insights to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator, capable of fostering collaboration across teams and influencing at all levels of the organization.
