Marketing Manager

Reports to:

Director, Marketing



Main Responsibilities:

  • Collects and analyzes information to identify new markets and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives and other ROI KPI’s as designated.
  • Collaborates in the development, review and approval of new marketing collateral.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities and/or trade shows; including staffing at company sponsored industry events and detailing customers when needed.
  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategy, promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Presents design ideas and recommendations as member of a cross functional team.
  • Prepares and presents reports summarizing market analysis; makes recommendations based on analysis.
  • Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Works collaboratively across multiple commercial functions; Medical Affairs, Market Access and Sales.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services through multiple mediums.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in customer facing marketing roles with documented progression of responsibilities over time and a track record of exemplary performance.
  • Functional experience requirements must have been met in Life Science or Medical Device.
  • Previous experience in adolescent neurology and/or migraine medicine strongly preferred.
  • Experience in an early growth stage company and fast paced environment is helpful, with a “get it done” attitude.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
