Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of top-notch products or services to our customers.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality standards, processes, and procedures.
- Generate detailed quality reports and performance metrics to track key indicators and trends.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Investigate and analyze quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances to determine root causes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
- Provide training to employees on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance in the medical device industry.
- Keen business approach to problem solving and decision making while effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Thorough understanding of and commitment to complying with all applicable laws regulations and industry standards.
- Proficient English level reading, writing and verbal skills.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE) is a plus.
