If you’re a camera-ready content creation master with a passion for storytelling and community building, we want you to lead the social voice of our flagship product, Nerivio — a clinically proven, drug-free wearable for migraine relief.
Our small-but-mighty social team has already made waves: over 1M views on TikTok in a single month and a Best Branding nomination at the TikTok Ad Awards. Now we’re ready to take it up a notch and replicate the success to other channels— and that’s where you come in.
Main Responsibilities:
You’ll lead end-to-end content development, nurture our digital migraine community, and grow our brand presence across digital platforms.
Content Development
- Lead Social Strategy – Develop and execute social strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Own Content Calendars – Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with design, copy, and other teams
- Create Social Video – Shoot and edit short-form video content using new and existing footage.
- Collaborate with Creators – Identify and collaborate with migraine influencers/creators, managing relationships from outreach to content distribution.
- Spot Trends Early – Stay on top of emerging social trends and translate them into fresh, onbrand content in timely manner.
- Analyze and Optimize – Monitor KPIs, analyze performance across platforms and brand website (where applicable), and produce monthly/quarterly reports to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Channel & Community Management
(Social media management and listening tools + standard response protocols are in place)- Oversee Platforms – Manage Nerivio’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Engage with the Community – Be the voice of Nerivio—responding to comments, DMs, product reviews, and App Store feedback with empathy and insight.
- Grow Our Digital Community – Launch and nurture a dedicated online Nerivio community in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Listen & Learn – Conduct ongoing social listening to track sentiment, competitive activity, and trends—turning insights into action.
- Source Testimonials – Coordinate and edit user video testimonials for social and digital use.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must Have
- Native US English
- 2+ years of hands-on social media content development – must show portfolio of content
- Comfortable and engaging on camera
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, content best practices, and audience behaviours
- Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and how to apply insights
- Creative, proactive, and self-driven with a collaborative spirit
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to Have
- Experience in community management
- Background in health, wellness, or medical device industries
- Familiarity with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) processes
- Personal connection to migraine or chronic pain
- Google Analytics or similar performance tracking tools
