Position Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about analysing large datasets from real-world usage and clinical trials to extract health trends and business insights in applied Neurotech. The role also encompasses supporting the dissemination of findings into high-quality research reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts. Success in this role requires being analytical and resourceful. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to simultaneously manage multiple projects with team members are also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze big data from real-world usage, including data extraction, data organizing, statistical tests, graphs, and charts to illustrate findings.
  • Evaluate data from clinical trials to ensure data integrity and implementation and determine value.
  • Prepare data for internal and external usage, including presentations, papers, and conferences.
  • Write data summary reports, including conference abstracts, posters, and peer-reviewed dossiers.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (BigQuery, CRM, Questionnaires).
  • Conduct online journal and conference submissions.
  • Support medical/clinical/product teams with all types of data analysis and data dissemination.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must Have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as neuroscience, psychology, bioengineering, or statistics.
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization methods.
  • Experience as an academic research associate or applied master’s thesis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SQL a plus.
  • Native or fluent verbal and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and “can do” approach.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data processing in healthcare or clinical research settings.
  • Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines for clinical data.
  • Experience with scientific writing, including peer-reviewed manuscripts or conference abstracts.
