Join us in making a real difference for people living with migraine. As the Experience and Product Writer at Theranica, your words will empower individuals, foster better health outcomes, and enhance lives.
You will write compelling content that aligns with the overarching business strategy and drives long-term goals. Each piece of content will go beyond surface-level information—bringing stories, research, and insights to the table. Aim to make the audience feel the content was worth their time. Whether they are scrolling on their phone or diving deep on their desktop, present information in a way that’s engaging and easy to digest. Your goal is to create content that feels worthwhile to the audience—content that not only captures attention but drives meaningful behavioral change. From boosting conversions to improving treatment adherence, adoption, and retention, your work will help impact people living with migraines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage written content creation from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery by collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to develop strategies and execute deliverables.
- Provide edits, revisions, and proofread content created by other team members.
- Translate complex scientific concepts into clear and simple terms.
- Your primary focus will be developing compelling short and long-form content, with opportunities to contribute to UX writing and creative ideation as needed.
Short and Long-form Writing
- Develop compelling short-form content, including newsletters, provider and consumer collateral, web page copy, and social media posts.
- Build a long-form content strategy and plan the content cycles, from ideation to execution. Produce long-form content by writing and collaborating with other writers.
Creative Ideation and Execution
- Develop and execute creative strategies by deeply understanding the consumer, the product, and the industry.
- Help with ideation of highly converting creative concepts and scripts for ads across social, emails, web pages, OOH, CTV, and other digital channels.
UX Writing
- Craft engaging UX content and micro-copy to deliver valuable in-app experience.
- Optimize conversion and engagement on product funnels.
Measurement and Optimization
- Track and report on KPIs like traffic, engagement, conversions, and bounce rates using tools like Google Analytics and BI dashboards.
- Measure content’s impact on SEO, including rankings, organic traffic, and click-through rates for target keywords.
- Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and campaign performance to refine strategies and achieve scale.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for HCP digital marketing campaigns and regularly evaluate performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Regular reporting and presentation of detailed digital analytics, campaign outcomes, and funnel performance, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health sciences, or related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Native American English or an equivalent level is required.
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing (paid and organic) or growth marketing, strongly emphasizing execution and scaling efforts in B2B or complex environments. Experience working in data-heavy organizations.
- Expertise: Proven track record and success stories of executing integrated digital campaigns that drive business growth.
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated capability to run projects end-to-end, meet deadlines, and deliver results while collaborating across teams and managing up.
- Skills: Strong business understanding, critical thinking, creative mind, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
