Regional Sales Director (RSD)
The RSD will play a critical leadership role in leading the field execution of growth strategies, coaching and developing a team of AMs, and driving sales performance across the assigned region. This role focuses on team leadership, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regional success and the achievement of the regional sales goals.

We are looking for experienced Regional Sales Directors (RSD) to lead a team of territory Account Managers (AMs) in driving the commercial expansion of Nerivio®, the first-in-category, FDA-cleared wearable device for the acute and preventive treatment of migraine in 8 yrs old and older.
Main Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AMs to achieve and exceed regional sales and business objectives.
- Conduct regular territory field ride along with AM’s, provide ongoing performance feedback, and development planning sessions to strengthen selling capabilities and product knowledge of the team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, winning and patient-centered purpose within the team.
Strategic Execution
- Translate national commercial strategy into actionable regional, territory and account level business plans on a rolling basis.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance at the account level, while closley monitoring market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Operations to support the execution of field initiatives and ensure consistent alignment.
Business Management
- Ensure effective territory and account planning, targeting, and resource allocation by the NAM team. Use data to drive focus and increase adoption at the provider level
- Support team members in navigating reimbursement challenges and executing compliant pull-through tactics.
- Provide accurate regional and territory forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
- Represent the region’s needs and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Customer Engagement
- Support strategic relationships with key regional accounts, academic centers, and thought leaders to enhance Nerivio’s presence and credibility.
- Model compliant and ethical interactions with healthcare professionals and institutions in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of successful medical sales experience with 2+ years in a field leadership role (e.g., Coach, Team lead, Regional or District Manager).
- Proven success leading high-performing teams in prescribed, FDA-authorized therapies — ideally medical devices, neurology, migraine, or pain management.
- Experience with reimbursement, payor dynamics, and pull-through strategies in the specialty or device market.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to drive performance through coaching, motivation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, analytics, and territory optimization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High ethical standards and understanding of applicable healthcare compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel 50%+ domestically, including overnight travel.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as required for field materials or event support.
